A new species and two new distributional records of Signiphoridae (Hymenoptera, Chalcidoidea) from the canopy of the Xishuangbanna Rainforest

Three species of Signiphoridae are recorded from the Xishuangbanna Rainforest (China, Yunnan). Chartocerus menglaensis sp. nov. is described as new to science. Chartocerus niger (Ashmead) and Signiphora flavella Girault are recorded from China for the first time. A key to all Chinese species of Signiphoridae is provided.
